#1 The Green Hornet from Sony debuts at #1 with an opening weekend gross of $33.7 million in 3584 theaters. Budget was $120 million.

#2 The Dilemma from Universal debuts at #2 with an opening weekend gross of $17.8 million in 2940 theaters. Budget was $70 million.

#3 True Grit (2010) from Paramount drops from #1 to #3 with a weekend gross of $10.9 million (-25.3%) in 3459 theaters (+335). Total gross to date is $126.1 million. Budget was $38 million.

#4 The King’s Speech jumps from #9 to #4 with a weekend gross of $9.1 million (+43.0%) in 1543 theaters (+785). Total gross to date is $44.6 million. Budget was $15 million.

#5 Black Swan holds at #5 with a weekend gross of $8.3 million (+3.2%) in 2328 theaters (+744). Total gross to date is $73.2 million. Budget was $13 million.

#6 Little Fockers from Universal drops from #2 to #6 with a weekend gross of $7.1 million (-46.8%) in 3394 theaters (-281). Total gross to date is $134.2 million. Budget was $100 million.

#10 Season of the Witch drops from #3 to #10 with a weekend gross of $4.5 million (-57.5%) in 2827 theaters (+11). Total gross to date is $18.0 million. Budget was $40 million.

#11 Tangled drops from #10 to #11 with a weekend gross of $3.9 million (-23.0%) in 2048 theaters (-335). Total gross to date is $180.9 million. Budget was $260 million.

The combined gross of the top 12 movies this weekend was $115.3 million (+17.0%).
