1. Apollo 18 – Because that trend initiated by the Blair Witch Project & Paranormal Activity never ceases to bring in big bucks first weekend. It’s still crap though.
2. The Help – I seriously doubt that monkeys or Israeli assassins will be sufficient to de-throne this film.
3. The Debt – I really want to see this, if anything, to make me feel like 4 years of history and poli-sci in college made me sort of smart.
4. Rise of the Planet of the Apes – of sitting at the bottom of the list, because it will do better than Shark Night 3D.
5. Shark Night 3D – Because this film is in 3D, but still will likely suck. I mean, it’s a slasher film with sharks and 3D. Let’s be reasonable here, what sort of expectations do you have other than hot twenty-somethings in bathing suits being chased by killer sharks? Boobs and blood for the masses!
