not much of a voice left for voice-mail this week. expect mad smack talk if i’m still number 1 next week, though.

1.the lorax
2. project x
3.Act of valor
4. good deeds
5. journey 2
5.

The top 3 are obvious this week. The trick will be getting 4 and 5 correct…

#1 The Lorax – People love Dr. Suess. If this is not number 1 it’s because somebody cheated.
#2 Project X – I’m predicting a lot of people will be intrigued enough by the trailers and commercials to want to check it out. Not enough to be number 1 but it should do good.
#3 Act of Valor –
#4 Journey 2 –
#5 Good Deeds –

5. Journey 2

My picks for the weekend of March 2 – 4, 2012:
1. Lorax
2. Act Of Valor
3. Project X
4. Good Deeds
5. Safe House

one hopes that project X doesn’t perform like Gone did last week….

Monty says:
(well, the same thing as me, so I get to comment on his picks)
1) Lorax- his message may not be as much ‘for the trees’, but he’ll easily take the top spot.
2) Project X- Monty didn’t know what this was, which may say something about how it’ll do. Still, enough for #2
3) Act of Valor- holds out for #3, like Cougron said 4 & 5 are the tricky ones.
4) Good Deeds- in the close mix of options for 4 & 5, I think this is the one that doesn’t have competition above
5) J2 Mysterious Island- this has had lower weekly drops and skews a little older than Lorax. Safe House may hold on by drawing from Act of Valor, but I don’t think so.

daHobbit won’t be able to play this week.
