Well, I have a bit of time before I have to leave for the family gathering, so let’s put some picks together…

1) Breaking Dawn 2 – After looking at the comparison of the expressions of Kristen Stewart & Emma Watson at the premiers of their respective final films in the series they worked, Kristen Stewart is a robot. Or she’s just such a sullen bitch that they shouldn’t let her be seen in public unless the circumstances are more controlled.

2) Skyfall – Because Bond is a bigger bad-ass than a bunch of kids playing Taliban to the invading army’s US Army in Afghanistan.

3) Rise of the Guardians – Neat premise, good voice acting, decent animation and a huge theater count. This is where people will be taking their kids after they wake up from their food comas. Probably going to pick up a spring it the initial release due to Wreck-It Ralph’s success.

4) Red Dawn – I admit it, I think this remake is bloody stupid. Refer to what I wrote in Skyfall for my opinion.

5) Lincoln – It’s either this, or Life of Pi. I’m feeling like that lame shit at #4 should have something to counterbalance it, so let’s celebrate one of America’s greatest presidents rather than the viciousness of the American militia movement.

My picks for the weekend of November 16 – 18, 2012:
1. Rise Of The Guardians
2. Breaking Dawn
3. Skyfall
4. Life Of Pi
5. Lincoln

Mrs. Beast’s picks for the weekend of November 23 – 25, 2012:
1. Breaking Dawn
2. Life Of Pi
3. Rise Of The Guardians
4. Skyfall
5. Red Dawn

oh, and I meant the 23-25th on mine also
