Here are my picks. I’m having a real hard time deciding how Bad Teacher is going to do. I can see it in several places which can really bounce my list around.
1.) Cars 2 – Reviews be darned. The kids won’t care. Expect to see theaters flooded with little kids, especially boys.
2.) Bad Teacher – I’m closing my eyes and picking the teacher for 2nd though I’m half-way certain it will probably wind up third or fourth
3.) Green Lantern – Should have charged his ring battery for longer…
4.) Super 8 – I really wanted this to be number 2
5.) Mr Poppers Penguins

4. Mr Popper’s Penguins (never underestimate penguin movies)
5. Super 8
cars 2- despite my lack of interest, it’s still Pixar.
Green Lantern- I didn’t like it and I’m not alone in that, but this would need a really steep fall to get lower on the list
Bad Teacher– I think a lot of the potential audience isn’t old enough for an R rated comedy
Super 8- I think this will stick around for a while.
Mr. Popper’s Penguins– I’d rather pick X-Men, but that one’s already losing screens. The penguins aren’t and may drawn some of the Cars spillover crowds.
