And my picks
1) Pain & Gain- might not take #@1 (Oblivion still has almost 4000 screens) but it is a well promoted movie with stars that people will still (usually) go see. And it doesn’t (at least) look like a typical Michael Bay flick.
2) Oblivion- I actually thought this would debut better, so I kind of expect a (slightly) bigger than usual fall.
3) 42- will keep drawing enough baseball fans to stay competitive.
4) The Croods- continues to perform, no other kids movies out, still plenty of screens.
5) Big Wedding – this could really tank, I think, but it’s have to do a measly 2+ million to get down to 6 or 7.
