There’s something odd in the fact that David has seen an 80s movie multiple times and that Tony has only seen it once… It seems like BSP in Bizarro world. Now if only Tony will talk about his penis, and namedrop Harry Potter and Watchmen during each show…
As far as I’m concerned, Clue is timeless. Also, is older than I am so passes the Pinilla-Age check.
David, Clue came out in 1985, and at the risk of coming off kinda creepy and stalkerish weren’t you born in ’83? But yes, Clue is a timeless movie and Tim Curry is one of the world’s most underrated actors. Not to mention I’m a sucker for anything with Martin Mull, Christopher Lloyd and Madeline Kahn (even though Martin Mull couldn’t save the Dads pilot for me).
Think I could get you guys to talk about The Raid: Redemption? Its just like Dredd except better, Indonesian, and with 100% fewer ray guns! Also has the advantage of zero association with Rob Schneider.
No Rob Schneider is a win in my book. I never could stand that guy. Him, Emily Mortimer and Giovanni Ribisi really just need to go away. Maybe Rob can get a job at Home Depot…
