#1 Neighbors from Universal opened at #1 with a gross of $49 million in 3,279 theaters.  Budget was $18 million.

#2 The Amazing Spider-Man 2 from Sony/Columbia fell from #1 to #2 with a gross of $35.5 million (-61.2%) in 4,324 theaters.  Total gross to date is $146.2 million.  Budget was unknown.

#3 The Other Woman from Fox fell from #2 to #3 with a gross of $9.6 million (-33.3%) in 3,306 theaters (+68).  Total gross to date is $62.1 million.  Budget was $40 million.

#4 Heaven is for Real from TriStar fell from #3 to #4 with a gross of $7.5 million (-13%) in 3,048 theaters (+118).  Total gross to date is $75.7 million.  Budget was $12 million.

#5 Captain America: The Winter Soldier from Buena Vista fell from #4 to #5 with a gross of $5.8 million (-26%) in 2,701 theaters (-478).  Total gross to date is $245.1 million.  Budget was $170 million.
