Even if it didn’t come standard, some Holodeck modder would’ve made a Caligula program. Seriously.
During the course of the discussion, it was mentioned that George Takei didn’t want to appear in GENERATIONS because he had made Captain and would have to demote himself. If I’m not too much mistaken, in the epic failure we know as Star Trek V, the Enterprise went into action with at least 3 Captains onboard; Kirk, Spock, and I’m pretty sure Scotty held the rank of Captain at that time.
George just needs to get over himself.
