Back Seat Producers Fanboy Smackdown Season 01 Shows Special Episode

Rest in Peace, Mason Rocket.

I’m going to have to go back on what I said in our last episode, there will be no new show this week.

We received news yesterday, April 1st, 2007 that Joe Murphy, our friend, fellow podcaster and ‘brother’ in the FarPoint Media family, has fought his battle with leiomyosarcoma carcinoma to its finish. We joining many members of our extended family and honoring Joe’s memory with a week of silence. We will probably attach an updated promo for the Joe Murphy Memorial Fund at some point this week.

Take care and join us in raising a root beer to the heavens. We miss you already, Joe.

I’m having a drawing for a Serenity poster, signed by Joss Whedon. All the money goes for leiomyosarcoma research. The details are at http://www.lmsdr.org/serenity.php. I’m a relatively new fan with LMS. I hope y’all can spread the word on this drawing. In addition to Joe Murphy, LMS also claimed the life of the mother of Adam Whiting, a Browncoat who has been working on restoring the Ariel ambulance.
